The intention of Red Scare is to warn people of the dangers of media propaganda through the lens of the past. As the director, I found my strengths in working with actors and orchestrating a crew. I thrived on set, and am incredibly excited to show off the culmination of all of myself and the rest of the team's hard work this year with Red Scare.

Red Scare is a psychological- thriller short film set in 1950s Cold War America. The film follows Mary, a housewife whose idealistic life begins to crumble around her as she begins to see the colour red within her black and white world. Through a distinct visual style and historic setting, Red Scare explores the effects that misinformation can have on oneself and the ones they love.
