Our internal body clock is synchronised to the rising and setting of the sun, making light one of the most important cues in our environment. However, not everyone’s daily routines correlate with the rising and setting of the sun.
I have designed both a table and floor lamp, with the aim of cueing user behavior, and introducing a subtle sense of time, through a individually customized light cycle.
