Tia Ward

This is my first waiata Māori. The intent of ‘Ko Wai Ahau’ was to give myself the opportunity to learn more about my whakapapa in a creative way. This project has been a huge steppingstone regarding the journey towards reconnecting with my Māori culture. I hope this project inspires other young Māori to also learn more about our culture.
