Bachelor of Design with Honours
This adaptive reuse project proposes an intervention into 30 Warring Taylor Street, currently an existing retail and office building. Using a kit of parts approach, the project proposes alternative modular living. A workshop, planning and retail space for the fabrication of the parts are located on the ground floor. Using tactical spatial planning the apartments, located on the upper floors, can be designed and adapted to an individual's lifestyle.
