Intangible Traces addresses the loss of history and identity of the former Erskine College, through reimagined forms of visual communication. It aims to re-establish the interconnected relationships and heritage values that the former site held through an iterative process of mapping and making. These methods of explorative spatial thinking offer new ways of understanding and visualizing lost information, narratives, and layered histories.
